RepLabIQ is an AI-powered reference check platform. When you receive an invite link, the platform conducts a voice call on behalf of a recruiting firm to collect professional reference feedback about a named candidate. The call is conducted by an AI agent, recorded, transcribed, and summarized into a reference brief delivered confidentially to the hiring firm.

By proceeding past the consent screen, you explicitly consent to the call being recorded and transcribed. You will be reminded of this at the start of the call. RepLabIQ complies with applicable federal and state recording consent laws. Until automated state detection is available, we treat all participants as if they are in an all-party consent jurisdiction.

Your responses are used solely to generate a reference brief for the candidate named in your invite. Your individual feedback is not shared back to the candidate. The brief is delivered confidentially to the recruiting firm and their client only. RepLabIQ does not sell your information, use it to train AI models, or share it with any third party outside the hiring engagement.

Participation is voluntary. You may decline the reference at any time by closing the page before submitting consent. Once a call has begun, you may end it at any time by saying so or using the end-call control. Declining or ending a call early will not result in any penalty to you.

Call recordings, transcripts, and consent records are retained for the duration of the hiring engagement and a reasonable period thereafter. RepLabIQ does not currently offer a formal retention schedule for v0. For questions about your data, contact us at the address below.

RepLabIQ provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We are not responsible for hiring decisions made by recruiting firms or their clients based on reference briefs. The brief is a synthesis of feedback provided by you and is not an automated employment decision.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in an updated disclosure version shown on the consent screen. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
